Partial Pressure Diving Company, Inc. requires the following:
- All
divers will have an established dive partner before
entering the water and will
maintain appropriate distance and communication with
their dive partner for the duration of the dive. Divers
will not surface without their dive partner.*
- Upon
completion of the dive, divers will surface with a
minimum of 500 PSI of air in their
cylinders.*
- All
divers will be required to possess and use an operational
dive computer. Rental dive computers are available.
- All
divers are required to have an alternate air source
suitable for ascent and safety stop from a depth of
130’. Note: Spare Air is not a suitable alternate air source.
- Divers
not certified for diving in overhead environments
will not conduct penetration dives. Overhead environment
is defined as: an area entered into that does not
have an immediate exit other than the entry point.
These areas include the anchor lockers, superstructure,
well deck and areas opened unintentionally to divers
by damage caused during sinking. *
- Divers
will not conduct decompression dives.*
- Divers
will, to the best of their ability, not exceed the
following depths based on their certification rating:*
- Open Water: 60’
- Advanced Open Water: 100’
- Deep Diver/EAN Trained: 130’
- Safety
stops for 3-5 minutes are required.*
